This place is a joke. Reserved gaming pod for my kids as a Christmas present for Friday December 29th from 3p-6p. Got several confirmation emails. Got a reminder email the day before and the day of. The kids were hyped all week. We drove to the mall at our appointed time and this place was CLOSED FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. Why did they let me book a time slot on a day they are closed? I emailed them several times over the last week and held off on reviewing pending their response. Their response was nothing. No reply whatsoever. Service: 1

A little on the pricey side, but generally worth it given how amazing the kids thought the experience was. Multiple consoles to choose from in the private "pod" we got to play some games and have lunch. If your kids are gamers, this is definitely worth a stop while at Mall of America.
