We went to Wingers in Provo recently and had a great experience. The food was delicious! Our waitress was Andrea and she went above and beyond to get our food out quickly. (We were in a rush) Besides that, she was friendly and fun and went the extra mile in so many ways. She brought out extra dipping sauces, checked on us regularly, kept our drinks filled, chatted with us and joked around just the right amount, and so on. She made our experience there great. Make sure you ask for her if you go the the Provo location. :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came in and were told there was a 35 minute wait with the possibility of it being even sooner. Not only did we sit in the waiting area for 1 hour and 20 minutes, but the table that was cleared for us was given to another family that walked in and waited for MAYBE 10 minutes. We chatted with the host and he knew that he had made a mistake. But when we talked to the manager, who by the name is Trent (wanted to make sure we have that on file), he said with, an attitude, and I quote “we sit who we want to sit when we want to sit them.” And THAT was his way of solving this problem. Says a lot about the way this location is ran. Will be making it known to everyone I am associated with to avoid this location of Wingers at all costs. Thank you very much! I look forward to hearing from the franchise owner of this location. Service: 1
