02/24/24 I was trying to change my tire in the parking lot around noon and an employee came and helped me! The dude said his name was Joseph and just got hired on, although I didn't get a burger it seems like they got some good employees working at this place. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hot fresh food. Prompt attentive employees. The only wburger I've ever been to (I've been to a lot in mult states) that takes the time to toast the tortilla for taquitos. Absolutely impressed. I was second in line at the drive-through. After moving up to the window, there was at least an 8 minute wait for two hamburger meals. When questioned about the wait, I was told, "So that you would get fresh food." The burgers and fries were barely warm, and the buns were soggy. Obviously, I was not impressed. Food can be a hit or miss depending how the cook feels. One day was really great tasting. Next day, it was disgusting. It was the same person cooking too! Cashier and manager were super friendly. Best front staff members I have seen in awhile. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

NOTHING COMPARED TO OFF ISLAND WHATABURGERS. We had ordered some chili cheese fries but they told us they ran out of chili. That's fine but this was after they delivered the food and already paying so we just got fries in a tray. It was a long wait and they threw in an apple pie as a substitute but its not even close to the price range. Their white gravy was dry and gloppy when I ordered the chicken tenders box. I asked them to cut my burger in half but they didn't even do that either. I normally let a lot things slide but this is a tourist area where people come here for the first time, have a good time and enjoy good food. They should at least be given a 1 star.
