Definitely hit and miss if the order is correct, had 2 good experiences recently and thought this location was getting better. Last night we ordered 2 burgers and a family fry, curbside. Order came out quickly which was in line with the previous 2 visits. We didn't double check the order because it was a bag with 2 burgers and a box. We get home & pull the box out to find it was completely empty. Someone literally grabbed an empty box, closed it, and put it in the bag. Although we live close, it takes 30 minutes to get there and back due to construction, we got the fries, but nothing was offered to redeem the inconvenience. Highly unlikely we'll be back anytime soon, although it's a convenient stop when going home. Great food! Great service! Very clean premises. It was mid-afternoon, and it was moderately busy, which means the locals know where to go. Highly recommend. Kinda feel bad for the next-door DQ and it's vacant parking lot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cashier Janet A, girl with glasses, walking around slow as hell. Saw me at the register, took her time coming up. No greeting, no nothing. Never even looked up. She told me to grab the receipt off the machine myself, tried to give me the wrong size cup, had to ask for a number for my meal. Dragging feet, did it to the next couple behind me too while I was waiting for my food to go. Then started joking around with a co worker while there were 3 people in line. I haven't visited this location in a few months, due to the manager being very rude. I should've stayed away, but my son wanted something to eat from here! The service was bad from the drive-thru ordering process, till the time we received our food. The rep seemed as though she was having a bad day and her face looked like she wanted to quit. I asked for no mustard, received extra mustard. I try not to be negative if you read my reviews, but I like to be honest. Used the app.was given the wrong order got all the way home with it. Called and was told they would make fresh food for our order. Was not fresh. burgers were soggy, fries were cold .
