I have ordered multiple times from there and I'd say 10% of the time I actually get the food that I order. The rest of the time there will be whole items that they just do not give you. Genuinely the worst fast food place in dubois.

I just went to the DuBois Wendy’s drive through and placed an order for a double cheeseburger and fries and Coke. Medium size. Got home and discovered there weren’t any fries in the bag. This is the 3rd time this has happened recently.

Breakfast Baconator
Stopped by to try the pretzel roll baconator. Delicious. Counter help team was bright and cheerful. Restaurant and restroom was clean, some litter around outside.

The fact that I'm even taking the time out of my day to leave a review for this place speaks volumes for anyone that knows me.
-No straws
-No fork (ever try eating a loaded baked potato without one?)
-Not a single ice cube to be seen in the beverage I ordered
-Ice cold chicken sandwich
-They were completely out of frenchfries (which is just poor logistics I suppose)
Everything listed was one singular order and I can only imagine how many others have been messed up prior. For the sake of the upstanding reputation every other Wendy's branch has I highly suggest an evaluation of this locations day to day operation, thoroughly I have never had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant and that is including mcdonalds (which I'm certain anyone reading this knows that's a low blow). I'm not very picky in many cases and honestly could care less but with a developing amount of disappointment the profanities I would have enjoyed vomiting at the faculty was withheld because I doubt their ability to comprehend what I was even saying due to their lack of competence.

This is probably the best Wendy’s location that I have been to. Very clean, food is always prepared well, and everyone working here is super friendly. Great to see support for the local community as well.

We visited this location 10/27/23. the purpose of the visit was to catch breakfast, which was very delicious because it was Hot And Fresh as Wendy’s advertised. we enjoy our food. Also the customer service that the cashier Autumn provide for us was excellent, store was 2 miles from the I80. big and clean parking lot highly recommended. We had a good experience food and service wise.

The resteraunt is nice and clean, but the orders are not correct. We stopped getting takeout, and once in a while, we will go through the drive-thru for a frosty (almost impossible to mess up a frosty).
We have had a lot of mess ups with orders or food was cold etc. We tried going in and ordering takeout, and they put it for dining it and throwing it in a bag with fries everywhere.
The biggie bags have gotten smaller with portions. The quality has gone down with consistency. We loved coming here to eat, and the dave singles, chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwhichs were the best in town. Now it is roulette on if it's correct and warm.

The Wendy’s in DuBois is newly renovated inside and out. They have done an incredible job creating a bright and warm environment. I ordered a chicken salad and it was excellent!! I was truly impressed. The service was friendly and fast. The drink station has a vast selection to choose from. Plus there is ample seating.
