Let let me start off by first saying this Wendy's is the worst one i've ever gone to in my life. There was no cashier because she was on break. When somebody finally showed up fifteen minutes later, a fight broke out between the employee on break and the manager. The other employees were either narrating the fight on live stream or just watching. It was basically a circus. I just walked out. Don't come here if you want food, but come here if you want a show! Awful night shift when me and my father visited. No respect or mannerism. Food was thrown together, no respect or manners from the young woman working the Drive-Thru. Need good works, No one seem to know what to do. The Spanish elder lady was very good worker, after she left for the day, everyone was spinning around like they don’t know what to do. I pulled up to the window in the drive through and the lady was talking on the phone and took my card out of my sight. When she returned with my food she had my card in the same hand with her phone and handed it back. A week later I’m getting unauthorized purchases from my account. There was hair in the food. One of the workers touched his hair and didn't wash his hands. The lady at the til was exceptionally nice, though. Place needs to work on cleanliness and procedures. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Completely lazy and incompetent. Tried to redeem a free burger through the app, along with placing an order for a meal through the drive-thru. NEVER before had an issue using the app at the drive-thru. We were passed along 3 people, and then asked to drive up to the window before they found someone who knew how to redeem the free app burger, and even then they forgot to take our order for the meal. When we told them we also wanted to order a meal, they made us drive around AGAIN just to place the order for our meal. Really disappointed that such a simple order turned into a confusing mess. Employees definitely need to be retrained. Or maybe they just need to hire people who actually want to work there. Edit: just checked my order - they messed it up. Its been nicer since the remodel. The staff is better now too the tables and floors in the past were sticky and nasty and some of the workers WERE weird and had attitude. NOW its nice quiet and clean. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow. The absolute worst food we have received from take out. It tasted as if it was cooked from this morning. The fries were drenched in oil...that tasted like it needed to be changed and they were spicy so it was fried or mixed with spicy seasoning/food. The chicken was ready in under a minute and wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese...which means it's an old batch. I should have turned away when I saw the condition of the building. Tanya is a crew member here. My husband and I stopped in to eat after doing a bit of shopping. Tanya was super nice and very helpful, very professional. I saw her treat everyone that came in behind us with the same awesome attitude. The only reason I did not give this establishment five stars on everything was due to the fact that the ketchup and paper napkins dispensers were completely empty and Tanya had to ask for others, that were seemingly not busy, to help her as she was working the counter alone and people were standing in line. I was impressed by her level of service during a time where customer service doesn't seem to matter any longer. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
