Really the only issue I had with my visit was they instead of cheese sauce on my fries they used shredded cheese which did not melt. Everything else was fine. UPDATE: Went thru the drive thru for breakfast. Very disappointed. The cashier was not friendly, the food was cold and bad. I hope it gets better. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

As someone who works in customer service, do better. First, my first call wasn’t answered. My second call was answered with a snarky tone (at least pretend to like your job) and was hung up before my question was even answered. the lady at the window taking orders was disgustingly rude. i know people have bad days but there was no reason to be rude and throw peoples bags at them basically. This place is a greasy dump. Out of napkins. Out of coke. No cups for catchup. The floor was a greasy mess. Cold chicken nuggets. Half full container of luke warm fry ends. Not worth the $. At first the team was nice, until we said a good portion of our order was missing. They tried to stuff everything in one bag and we didn't even pull away when we realized items were missing... After insisting they gave it all, we literally did an inventory for them of items and they had to get the manager, who also challenged things. Eventually we got the large fry we ordered in a medium-sized container because they were out of large containers and our other two items. The soda tasted like bleach. The salad had dry chicken... won't come back to this location. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

I went to this Wendy's several times and always had a great experience. Until the this last time this last saturday The employees were screaming at each other. The food order was not right. The only employee that seemed to be respectful was the Malachi. Get it together Wendy's. I have gone several times in the last couple of months and every time has been awful. Between being vastly understaffed, to closing early to having no supplies there's always an issue. Ordered food this last Saturday and my order was wrong and the quality was poor. I'd recommend you stay away. Wife said let’s go get frosties so we get there the worker is outside smoking. Takes our order for 2 frosties states they ran out of chocolate can they substitute it for vanilla, no big deal. Well they were out of vanilla and proceeds to charge us for the frosty… can’t say I have had a transaction go right at this location Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
