$7 dollars for the basic biggie bag.. $3 4 piece nuggets.. food cold and more expensive then any other Wendy's.. even the ones who have increased prices. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I spent $17.81 for an Asiago bacon and ranch chicken sandwich combo with a biggie bag. The problem was All the food was cold. And I even returned it and they gave me the same sandwiches with hot fries. Also they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich so I didn't eat it because it was spicy! Workers are generally unfriendly or literally falling asleep while working, I have never gotten a correct order from this location. Literally every single time I come, they get something or everything entirely wrong, the food isn’t fresh, and they take forever just to take your order. They should really study how Chick-Fil-A runs their drive thru. This was absolutely abysmal there were only three cars in front of me and I was still in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The workers seemed to be lazy, they gave me my strawberry lemonade with all of the syrup at the bottom. They could not even take the 5 seconds to blend it together. The customer service was also just bad. The woman taking my order did not say “welcome to Wendy’s how may I help you” just “what you want” they definitely need to also study Chick-Fil-A customer service and replicate that. Polite but extremely slow. There were only 2 cashier people, one in the restroom. The other dedicated to the drive thru. The food was average. I'm not impressed. Went to pick up food around midnight. The staff seemed overwhelmed and in a bad mood. Finally got the order and went home. When i bit into the burger i noticed a weird taste. Then i looked at the hamburger meat and realized it wasnt cooked properly so I was hummed out. I took a couple more bites and i couldn't do it. Needless to say I am sick at this very moment and I blame that undercooked hamburger meat.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

At this point I’ve been going to this one since I moved here in 2021 I think the upper management needs to hire more people for this store. I got annoyed in the past but at this point it looks like they’re always stressed and struggling on the regular. I don’t think hiring more people is the only issue but I can tell that they are beyond stressed there. Edit: to clarify I know they’re trying their best. The woman at the window that doesn’t always respond when you say have a good day is actually nice but you can tell she’s got a lot on her plate and that her mind is going like 90 mph. Went in to pick up a mobile order. Was yelled at by the shift manager there were no mobile orders. They she asked my name. I gave it and then her demeanor changed because obviously they missed it. Had to wait another 15 minutes after placing the order 20 minutes before that and checking asap. Just go elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This drive thru experience is always horrible. They either tell you that drive thru isn't working and to come in, or they are rude. I had to actually call corporate on them because they wanted to charge $3 to swap classic chicken instead of grilled for my Cobb salad. The bacon in the salad was raw, just like the service. I ordered a 4 for $4 that should've came with a double stack burger, but got one burger, with cheese, a slice of onion, and ketchup. The drive thru lady was unfriendly as I thanked her and got nothing in return. They also did not give me a receipt and the woman working the drive thru did not cover her nose with her mask.
