Unable to correctly complete a simple order. Fries were cold and stale. Nuggets were barely cooked. Gave out more drinks than ordered in place of food that was ordered. Had to go back inside 2 different times just to have my order corrected. You’re better off going hungry than wasting money on an order that you’ll have to micromanage. Was in the area and thought I'd stop in; a friend works there. This is one of the older modeled places with a sunroom. Very nice childhood vibes. The older folks who were working there were the absolute best! Extremely nice woman and the funny older guy definitely make this Wendy's better than the one near me. The food was decent; I'm not a big Wendy's fan, but this was pretty ok. Overall: really nice place with a good staff and decent food. The service here was comically bad. We asked for small fries for our combos and found we were charged for our combos plus two orders of small fries. We also watch miscommunication and poor teamwork unfold next to us as we waited for our order. Love the classic store design tho! In an era where every fast food restaurant wants to look like a Panera bread or a Starbucks it’s refreshing to have a fast food joint present itself so unpretentiously. I actually go to Wendy's for their salads. They have the best salads for fast food places. I got the seasonal Apple Pecan salad with grilled chicken. Absolutely delicious. Have to time it right or you'll be waiting in drive thru line for a long time. But like most places, they are under staffed so I'm not in a hurry. I appreciate the job these workers do. I'm pretty sure we were like the first ones for the lunch service and we went through the drive-thru and our order wasn't that big the order however was correct everything that we ordered was correct, however my sandwich personally the bread was so stale it was like cardboard, which really made for nasty tasting sandwich so mine did actually end up in the trash cuz as I said before we went through the drive-thru cuz we live a little ways away from the Ephrata Wendy's and we waited about 7 minutes for our food we were asked to pull up and like I said there was nobody in front of us so I don't understand what the wait was. Wendy's $5 biggie bag deal doesn't cost $5 ( thx BidenFlation, but that isn't Wendy's fault) only car in line, still slow, but eventually the order arrives. Lol.
