Ordered a bacon angus burger. Didn’t have bacon. I wasn’t told bacon wasn’t available. Ask for mustard. Didn’t have any. Wait staff put my plate on the table at which time my tomato and pickle hit the table. The waitress did not address it at all. We all saw it drop. Won’t go back Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Dude... it's Waffle House. Everybody knows this is the place to be after long Friday or Saturday night out or some Sunday morning breakfast goodness. Food is cooked to order, fresh and hot, once served. I can't ask for much better from a breakfast house that stays open 24/7. BTW, my favorite is the grit bowl with extra sausage and cheese...mmmm, I'm getting hungry thinking about it as I write this review. We ended there because as we missed our connecting flight in DFW airport . It was the closest eatery to our hotel. It was close to midnight and we walked to it. There were three of us, a fellow passenger and my wife and I. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and they ordered eggs, hash brown, bacon, and a waffle, the service was exceptional, the staff was cheerful and nice and the food tasted great. We all left the restaurant with big smiles. Thanks to the team. Sorry no pictures but I was not expecting to make a review at the time. I’ve been going to this waffle house my entire life and not once have I ever had a complaint. I took my daughter there this morning and the MANAGER (Chris) was yelling at one of the employees during the morning rush and treating her like she was stupid and as he walked away from her (which happens to be in my direction) he called her a derogatory term (starts with R) and I was beyond disgusted at the way he was treating her. I asked a few employees, one being the girl he was degrading, if he always talks to them like that and they all said yes. The amount of verbal abuse these poor employees get from their manager is disgusting. The environment felt heavy. And that girl deserves so much better than that! They all do! Absolutely disgusting to witness. My waitress was wonderful and my food was great, all the employees were great. The manager is my only complaint and I sure hope that gets taken care of. We have been going to this location for years, we have a server named Slim she is Awesome!! She always knows our order, has my coffee before we're even seated. She makes sure that our order is correct before she even brings it to us. She kind, sweet and caring. She's just down right an AWESOME person!!! So if you go to this location ask for Slim to be your server, you will not be disappointed!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
