Our waiter Adam treated us great. We have been coming here for over 20 years, and saw a real decline in food service and overall atmosphere. Our first time back in a year and every thing has improved, clean, good food and even the water tasted good. We will be dining here more often. The food wasn't really good quality. The lemonade was soo sour I couldn't even drink it. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, which ended up actually being liquid eggs & wasn't even cooked all the way, the bacon was extremely greasy, my silverware wasn't clean & the saucer they gave me replacement scrambled eggs on was filthy & not clean at all. We couldn't even find our server to have the eggs replaced so my husband had to walk into the kitchen to have someone address our concern. The restroom was in disrepair and barely stocked. There were no toilet protectors in the holder & the single roll of toilet paper was just laying in the stall, not even placed on a holder. Needless to say we won't be visiting this location again. When we visited there must have been a staff shortage. It was incredibly slow service and the restaurant was not busy. The food was ok but a little dry. They were also out of several items for some dishes. Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

They were out of sausage, chicken and coffee when we went on Wednesday. Was there the Saturday before and the waitress was telling us how they are always running out of everything. It blows my mind because I normally go to the one on northern and they are never out of anything even around the holidays. Every meal we asked for they were out of something so we had to change what to order. The waitress did the best she did with what she could but it was pretty sad to see this place fall apart the way it is. Definitely won't be returning. Management needs to get their act together. Just because it was free pie Wednesday & they had no pies available like any other Village Inn I've been to. Got the Philly cheese steak skillet with Pumpkin spice pancakes & Arnold Palmer lemonade tea. Food was really good! Loved the pumpkin spice pancakes with extra walnut Caramel sauce. The server was informative, quick and always checked on us reasonably. Pricing is affordable for 2, we paid $40! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Everything was delicious! I got the Philly Cheese steak skillet with Pumpkin spice pancakes. Just upset it was Free Pie Wednesday & there was only a FEW to pick from. Waiter says the kitchen told him he was given out pies too early 😐 Never heard of such a thing. My wife and I loved it. We ordered the chicken fried steak and it wasn’t really something we normally order and the gravy and tabasco hot sauce made it more to my taste. Food here is ok ..wasn’t the best..breakfast was nothing to brag about.. plates are small ..would I come back hmm maybe.I’m not saying no . Lol

This was a very clean restaurant and the staff was great. The reason for the 3 stars was that the food was subpar. The food was a little cold and the eggs were under-cooked. The bacon felt like it was pre-cooked and served. Other than that it was okay.
