Hair in food. We found hair in one of our orders and we politely informed them. We also requested them just for new but same dish. - The chef got offended and showed his anger face couple of times. He even showed his bald head to confirm that he does not have any hair on his head. Really??? - Took my dish away but waited about 20 minutes to say they can’t make another dish because the kitchen is closed. - The manager was rude to say we don’t have to pay for that particular dish… like really??? So, one of our 10 friends did not have the dinner today while we other 9 were eating. Thanks #ViaNapoli One of the most disgusting and disaster behave and service. Totally unprofessional and cruel. I had a pizza and it was OK, but to be honest, I expected more for 240kr. It tasted good but the it was hard to cut and was a bit doughy. The crust was nice and so was the atmosphere. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My only hesitance in reviewing Via Napoli is because I only ever have the Margarita Pizza, just because it is so delicious. I’ve been saying for years I want to try the full menu but I never really get there. Look - this a a pure italian experience in Malmö. They even have some sort of license from Napoli that they make pizzas the way Napoli thinks pizza should be done. Kudos. Service is usually very nice and as atmosphere rings true. Like it’s a place run by love to food and service I have nothing negative to say - but next time please convince me to eat something else! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

It's a great Napolitan pizza place. I have been here a number of times and never been disappointed. Once they forgot my order and waited one hour but it happens. I would still come back. Love this place <3 best pizza i have eaten in a while. Trust me, diavola was way better than many pizzas i tried in Italy. Its a bit expensive for a poor polish guy :D but 100% Worth it. Kind personel too. Grazie! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
