I went here a couple weeks ago because my friend recommended their food. I have to say, it was delicious. I ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese fries without pickles and it was amazing. Whoever made it put their heart and soul into it. Despite that, it did take them a while to get me my order. I ordered a half plate to go that took about 30 minutes. It was a busy day so I understood but that would be my only problem (which wasn't that much of a problem). I recommend Urban Bird if you're a fan of Cane's or Chick fil a and would like an alternative or just want to try something "new". There are a lot of options to try from, different sauces and chicken styles.

Urban Fries
I went after work last week and Thursday around 3pm. I got the Urban Fries with heat level Nashville Hot. It was so good! Service was quick and fast. Once I got my food, it was nice and spicy and tangy. Loved it!
Excellent customer service! The fries were a little sweet for my liking but that’s a preference. I got the nashville hot sandwich and the heat was perfect (i like spice so i would even try a level up). The sandwich was also a little sweet but i guess it compliments the heat. The sandwich was super filling so I feel you get your money’s worth.

Really good chicken and a nice menu. Sandwiches are huge, I can't finish one. Fry portions could be larger and there is a slight sweet flavor that didn't sit well with me. I ordered the urban loaded fries and was a little disappointed. I didn't really like the house sauce (too sweet) and while the idea of mac and cheese on fries sounds good, the soft texture just didn't cut it for me. There are other varieties of loaded fries, some of which sound better. I look forward to returning to try more.
They offer free fries when you first sign up, but be warned, you have to use the coupon within 24 hours. I found that out the hard way, and they won't let you sign up of it a 2nd time.
My suggestion to them, offer small samples of the ice cream for a buck. You could have made 10 bucks with our group and the cost is so little.

Had the sandwich and 2 of the fry baskets. Tijuana street fries and buffalo Mac fries. Everything was delicious. Huge serving. The chicken strips on the sandwich were more like the size of full chicken breasts. About $50 for 3 meals.

Buffalo Ranch Fries
The sandwich was delicious! I got hella hot and it was hella hot but was enjoyable. The sweet potato fries was a no for me because it was covered in sugar. The load max fries was not good wouldn’t recommend. The mac was too clumpy and did not compliment the fries or chicken. But I’d comeback for the chicken.

Urban Fries
Urban bird is a weekly go to for our household. My favorite fries are the Tijuana street fries. The waffles are really good. So far we’ve tried everything but the sandwiches. I recommend that you check your orders before leaving because my order has been incorrect a few times.

Really great hot chicken joint in Spring, TX.
Stopped in on a Tuesday night for a quick bite to eat. Everything was fantastic. Place was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the food was awesome. I got the tender basket (one Nashville hot and 1 extra hot). If I could do it again, I would have just stopped at Nashville hot. Although it was quite hot, i detected a slight sweetness to the batter. The darker one is the extra hot, and it lives up to its name...

Glad we decided to try this place. The chicken was fresh and moist. Most places serve dried out chicken. We ordered the Nashville Hot and it had a nice kick. My dad and I both ordered an extra tender. The seasoned crinkle fries were good, too. Tenders are served on one slice of Texas toast. The only MINOR complaint I have is they should serve a slice of toast for each tender. Overall it was pretty good and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

A new spot that just opened here on Spring Stuebner. They have a good variety on the menu. You choose your flavor of sauce and your level of spicy. Cashiers were still training and everyone was nice and accommodating. The cashiers were patient with us, as this was our first time. The young lady answered questions and even offered a suggestion. We tried the Urban fries, a large and a half order, and the Salted Caramel Shake. The shake didn't really have any flavor. You could only taste the custard. Maybe we'll ask for more of the syrup for the flavor next time. Second visit we tried the Tender Sando (sandwich) and Urban fries again. They have a good selection for drinks. They serve Coke products as well as Mango, Strawberry, Blueberry and regular Lemonade. The Blueberry is delicious! We enjoyed both our entrees. The food is really good. Expect to pay about $40 for 2 entrees a drink and a shake. A bit pricey, but if you like hot chicken I think it's worth a try.
