We wanted something quick and easy so we didn't have to leave the hotel. We stopped in and grabbed a bite at the bar. Service was decent and the food was good. I'd stop by again!

I had one of the top three burgers of my life here, just now. Everything was perfectly balanced. Not too loud, not too plain.
It reminded me of old music, before digital engineering and autotune. Songs sounded so crisp, clear, and spacious. You could hear each instrument individually, and feel how they layered together in the mix.
This burger was exactly like that.
All of the ingredients were perfectly spaced out and flavored: the crisply chatted burger patties, the pepper, the cheese, the bacon, the caramelized onions, even the buttery, crispy bun… it all played together beautifully. I could taste each flavor distinctly. Nothing stepped on anything else. There was so much space between the flavors.
The salad was delightful as well. It brought me back to a time in my childhood when my mom would make fresh salads for us with vegetables from her garden. It tasted freshly picked. The strawberries were a nice touch, as well.
What a burger! Masterful work!

Twin Crafts Burger
Great food, speedy service, Mohit was a great and personal server, highly recommend.
We just traveled 36hrs and his gentle and efficiency in getting us taken care of relieved some serious stress.
The Twin Crafts Bar is lovely for a hotel bar. The decor gives you a 1950's lounge vibe, and there is usually plenty of seating for a small group or room at the bar for a solo drink. They have a full bar but their specialty cocktails are my favorite, especially the Tiger-Go-Go, which is named after the bar that used to be at the old airport hotel.
The food is also upscale bar food. We usually get a charcuterie plate and brussell sprouts to share with the group. The menu is digital but you have to order from the waitstaff who are typically friendly and knowledgeable.
Despite the upscale decor, the Twin Crafts Bar inside the Grand Hyatt at SFO was a comfortable place to hang out and relax. They have a full menu and bar. Two TVs behind the bar. Servers were friendly and attentive. I had the Waygu burger which was delicious. The beer selection was good and overall I was happy. Prices weren’t extreme for an airport hotel bar. But you do pay a premium to eat and drink on site.
