Order from the app the pair and save here regularly and never had any issues. Service is efficient and polite and food/drink is great. Been wanting to try new flavors but always end up with the Avocolada because of how good I know it is

Not environmentally friendly. Using plastic straws and styrofoam cups. Totally unacceptable. Join the the rest of the world by using compostable products. Good food and drink but one star for not caring about the environment. Please make the change!!!

A bunch of irresponsible/ignorant teenagers. Asked to skip sugar for my kid's smoothie, TWICE. Still got it, my kid was like on steroids whole evening, wouldn't fall asleep for an hour. Realized only after reading the label and trying it myself. What the ...!

The staff who helped me was amazing! This was my first visit to a tropical Cafe and I was so impressed. The counter person explained everything She was so patient and informative. Definitely deserves a raise! Great place, great product!

I stopped in to check out their menu and ended up leaving with a really nice and healthy smoothie! Awesome staff, quick service and a simplified menu that makes choosing really easy.

My Detox Smoothie was perfectly fine. It was at 8:35pm My friend got a Bahama Mama and when tasted it way to sweet with the white chocolate. So we asked if another one could be made. We were not making a fuss just asked politely and they brought the manger over. She explained that they would need to charge her for a whole another smooth. From a customer service stand point I felt it was fine that the manger came over but to not add a CS code to the next smoothie made without white chocolate would have been kind. It was near closing and we waited to ask for a new one, after the paid orders. My local TSC is not this one but dissatisfied with the customer service attitude.

The smoothie I ordered was delicious! (sunrise 🌅 sunset). Very friendly service. A great place to stop for a snack . Would love to see more eco friendly packaging. Look forward to trying other flavors next time I’m in the area. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Although the place looks great and has many choices on the menu including wraps etc; I was not impressed with the smoothie. I ordered the blueberry bliss and it was very bland I barely tasted the blueberries nevermind the the other fruits. This was my first time here and well probably my last. I love smoothies and never have I ever been so disappointed, Market basket makes better smoothies, no lie - honest. Its a good looking friendly establishment but the bland smoothie made up my mind, sorry Tropical Smoothie

I absolutely love this place but the sanitation is AWFUL. They’ve been getting worse as time goes on. Just now I ordered and the guy taking my order kept wiping his nose with his hand, then the woman who made my smoothie wasn’t wearing ANY gloves and stuck her bare hands into the fruits and spinach while moving her hair and rubbing her eyes. Again I love the idea of this place, the smoothies are great when the employees follow sanitation rules but I’m done going. It’s too bad because this place is such a great idea but the lack of sanitation is what’s bringing it downhill. EDIT: Owner obviously did not view video footage or else she would have clearly seen the blonde woman reaching into the spinach with her bare hands and rubbing her eyes and hair. Not to mention no one washed their hands. I left this review originally in hopes it would help the sanitation there so I could continue going there since I mentioned above how much I love the product, but instead was called a liar from the owner below. Why would you actively try to lose a customer rather than fix the problem? All you have to do is better train these young kids, not blatantly deny what I literally saw with my own two eyes. This also wasn't the first time it's happened and I'm not the only customer to notice. I'm just the first to be that disappointed to make time out of my day to come on here and complain about it. Do better.
