The BLT's on homemade wheat was superb (added avocado) ~ it was honestly almost too thick to bite! My other neighbor got the same & it was inches thick with bacon! 😋 My Friend ordered some kind of (I truly should've asked the name) Portobello shroom cap with cheese & maybe an oil & vinegar (? .. I dunno) yumminess on a homemade ciabatta bread that I got a snapshot & a taste of... the bread was scrumptious!! I actually saved 1/2 of my huge BLTA & finished off her bread that had soaked up the shrooms juices & whatever they put on it 😆😎💜 Superb day to eat xllnt food made by some lovely ladies locally 😘 Addendum; the homemade garlic sourdough bread is to die for with cloves of garlic spread throughout ~ Soo delicious!! 🤤 💜😋

Food excellent!!! Women run bakery. A jewel to have in the Cave Junction community. Every breakfast, coffee I've had is excellent. Trillium Bakery is what America used to look like. A definite must if you find yourself in Cave Junction. Fresh, homemade everything!! It was delicious!! This was the special, breakfast tostada with pork carnitas...flavor explosion!!
