Excellent cocktails and a more relaxed atmosphere then the bars in main street, but its also smaller with fewer seats. Toppen gets crowded during the late hours and weekends, so I prefer to visit when the bar opens, and leave before the noise level peaks. Price per person kr 300–400 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
