I was down in Memphis a few years ago on business with FedEx. When I got of work I went looking for multiple rib joints to see who had the best. When I got to Tom's Barbecue, game was over. Great service, ribs were on point. Nice smoke flavor , very tender and portion size was very fulfilling. We took photos in the lobby. The food was amazing and every employee was kind. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he took the time to chat with us and asked if we needed anything while we were traveling.
