Good is excellent. Very flavorful. In rainy days or cold days bring a jacket because inside can be very cold.

This is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner. I love that it's a family affair and everyone (even the younger kids) help out, so it feels very kid-friendly too. The food is very good, our favorites are the crab fried rice, the crispy shrimp rolls and the special ribs.

The high rating is baffling.
The good: nice decor, very big portions
The bad: flavorless food, innatentive service, borderline rude, severely overpriced
Simultaneously the least flavorful and most expensive pho I've ever had. There are much better options within a half mile radius. Go to any of those places for better food, at a better price, with friendlier staff.
