Service is horrible. Drive thru workers act like they hate life and rarely have manners. Drinks and pastries are delicious but the El Monte location has the worst customer service of all Tierra Mia’s. It seems like it’s the culture at this location & whoever is in charge isn’t doing a good job to train employees how to have simple manners & customer service skills. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Les hace falta amabilidad a los muchachos que atienden, no tienen un poco de paciencia, a veces uno no conoce el menu,yo era la primera vez ahi,y no tenia conocimiento de lls productos que venden, yo siempre he ido a Starbucks y fui ahi porque mi novia me pidio una bebida de ahi,si no, no hubiera ido,pero tuve mala experiencia,los muchachos me atendieron de mala gana y todo les molestaba, les falta actitud de servicio al cliente,porque de ahi reciben su sueldo y estan ahi para atender bien al cliente.
