Made a reservation on a Friday night with family who were on the Autism spectrum not realizing there was going to be live music or how loud it would be. Asked our waitress if there was any way to have our table moved because they were starting to be overwhelmed. The waitress was incredibly accommodating and helped move us to a private party room free of charge where we could eat away from the noise. Service was top notch! Thank you to the staff! Went for wing night on Wednesday 02/28/2024. My girlfriend had previously talked about how good the place was and had wanted to go back for a good amount of time. We did the bottomless wings, for 12.99 apiece, which on paper sounds like an excellent deal. We each had limited the amount of food we ate that day prior to maximize our experience. They literally made us sick because the were cooked in old oil. We didn't realize it until after we had a good amount of wings in us. She was able to put down 6, I was able to put down 8, normally we can each do 10 and 12, respectively. That's on a normal day. I should have been able to put down more than a dozen. We both had bowel issues when we got home and she puked on our way home. They also charge 3.50 for a fountain coke and a dollar for half a celery stock cut into 4 pieces. We called them up immediately the next morning to explain that the food made us sick and asked them if they could fix the issue somehow and they told her sorry, we don't do refunds and we don't know what you want us to do about that. Stopped in there as there was a live band playing. It was obviously a bit busier than usual, but the staff seems inexperienced or at least not trained properly. Sat at the bar (unserved) for nearly 30 minutes as the 5 bartenders served everyone in the venue except the people patiently waiting at the bar. No acknowledgement, no "hey I will be right with you". The older blonde female bartender that was handling the corner area seemed like she was avoiding eye contact as she served people on either side of us. Now, I don't expect you to respond to this negative review, but I would suggest either training your staff, or just don't have events that bring in more than 20 customers. As they say, "if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen!". Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 1
