Atmosphere is cool, they have good bands. The food is just all right, seems to change the recipes even getting the same dish. Service is questionable

The Valentines Day menu was a complete rip off. The dessert was three cheesecake bites, the potatoes were too dry to eat. The appetizer and meat were ok. It took us 45 minutes to get our entre and they weren't very busy. For $85 for two, we were really disappointed.

Every time we visit Leeann Peters always gos out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ve noticed she does her absolute best to do this with everyone who walks in the door and not just us. In today’s world where customer service seems to forgotten she does everything to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

Spinach Dip
First time visiting and it was worth every minute! The spinach and artichoke dip was out of this world! Matt our server was wonderful and very quick to bring our orders with a big smile. Loves the variety of different items on the menu but it made it very hard to pick! :-) Plan to visit many many more times!

Wonderful higher end dining. Little more expensive than average restaurant, but worth the price. Lamb, steak, fish and burgers are the main dishes. Craft beer, unique mixed drinks and a wine list. Lower end 12 for dinner and higher is near 30. Wait staff very knowledgeable and handled our table of 20 with ease, dealing with multiple dietary restrictions. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Steak cooked to perfection with a wonderful glaze and burgers were divine. There's ax throwing too, for some recreation but not disrupting the serenity of a wonderful meal. Live music was very nice too, not too loud.

Excellent bright, yet cozy feel with fresh and simple yet expertly prepared dishes. Excellent service with a focus on quality food and excellent drinks. Loved the Valkyrie Elixir that comes in a locally made horn mug.
My husband and I had dinner and drinks here for the first time last weekend. At that point, the restaurant had only been open for 3 weeks. The staff is still learning, but they did a great job! The drinks were spot on and the food was amazing! We say at that bar and received excellent service. Their wine selection is one of the best you'll ever encounter! Highly recommend!

The Valkyrie is amazing and you should come here. The flavors and sense of place were exactly what I was expecting and the presentation was beautiful. The flavors were of course great. The beef tartare was perhaps the best that I have ever had (I've probably had beef tartare a dozen times at restaurants around the world). The smoked salmon flatbread was good (though I was not wowed by it only because my wife regularly makes something similar). The quality of the smoked salmon was excellent. My wife had the hamburger which was one of the best and most original she has ever had. The smoked beets were a revelation -- they are excellent smoked; I had never had them that way before. Everything was perfectly seasoned. The rye bread pudding with beet ice cream was amazing. My wife hates caraway seeds and yet she still loved this. It was the perfect not too sweet dessert and though I have been eating desserts at good restaurants for two decades this was one of the few interesting and new desserts I've had.
Multiple cocktails looked good; I was designated driver so I only had one at the beginning of the meal, a Greenland (I love my green Chartreuse!). My wife appreciated the wine flights and the availability of nice wines by the glass (thanks to a Coravin). Service was impeccable.
The only negative thing was there was a band playing as it was a Saturday night and they were too loud (over-amplified). The music was good, at least. Still, considering they have only been around for three weeks this is a small problem.
