Service has definitely gone downhill since the location merge/COVID. We've been coming to Tipsy for 7+ years and it's sad to see the difference from then to now. Tonight was the last straw. Sat down tonight after we were told to sit anywhere, server dropped off menus & never returned. We waited approximately 20 minutes and our server never returned, so we left. It's pretty sad when other people came in after us and were served/received their order and we're just sitting there with menus. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Plains: The bartender was funny, friendly! Food and selection was great! BATHROOM! SUPER CLEAN!!!! Just a great place to eat, watch sports and have a nice cocktail. Good food but don’t try to watch football here! They don’t know how to work their TVs! More than once we had problems! It’s a sports bar! People want to watch sports! Find someone who knows how to put the tv on!! I find your response to be disrespectful and disheartening. I never once cursed at or berated your staff. I take major offense to that accusation. I simply told them that Peacock was not the issue as family members were home watching the channel without issue. I left a tip for your waitress and thanked her for her service. I have been to your establishment 2 other times when the games were not turned on until the middle of first quarter. People come to your restaurant to eat and watch sports. Part of good service is to recognize that is why people come.
