Outstanding service and portion sizes are huge for reasonable prices. My 14 year old son frequents here alone, and they always treat him with the utmost respect and kindness. They allowed the girl scouts to setup a place to sell, which I thought was nice. Especially on a busy Saturday morning. In the past I would’ve given this café a really good review because the food is pretty good. I wouldn’t say they are the best pancakes but they are OK. I asked for grits with an egg on top. I would say they put a half a cup of grits in a flat plate with the eggs. In the past, they gave it to me in a bowl I was really sad when I seen the tiny amount of grits in a flat plate. The sausage is very good there and the people are very nice. I don’t know why but the whole breakfast was very expensive just the two of us and I think it was close to $50. All we did get was coffee water and a chocolate milk to drink. I know things are expensive, but it seems their prices also went up from the last time I was there.
