When I think of The Cheesecake Factory, I'm reminded of the old saying, "A jack of all trades is a master of none." It's fitting because despite a breadth of dining options, I can't pick anything that's "must have" outside of the titular cheesecake. The staff are courteous, and I was seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon. Given the beautiful weather, we decided to sit outside. Our starters, fried wontons, were tasty enough. 👍🏾Next, we moved to mains where I ordered the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Again, the salmon was seasoned and cooked well along with the mashed potatoes. The broccoli was on the "blah" side of things, and they didn't cut it into florets. That made eating it a bit of a challenge considering I only had a butterknife on hand. Overall, however, it's a convenient location in the area within walking distance of Barnes & Noble and The Woodlands Mall. It's worth a try if you're nearby. I’ve eaten here many times and the service and food quality is inconsistent. Our most recent experience may be our last. The restaurant ran out in of ice and they weren’t even busy. It was a Saturday afternoon! The waiter seemed incredibly rushed even though there were many empty tables. We never got our appetizer and then were charged. Had to wait for our food a long time. My meal came not as ordered. The best part is always the cheesecake which is good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
If you ask for a booth they are kind of rude about it and try to force you to the smallest table they can find. I love their bread! The pasta was good and of course the cheesecake! The burger was okay. Was burnt on the bottom of the patty so it tasted off. I will say this though Ashley G. was an exceptional waitress. It’s been a long time since I had such good customer service. It was okay. It's definitely not a place I'll go back to. The meal doesn't equal the price. The server was really rushy and pushy and repeated everything we said in a very rapid way after we ordered. The appetizer never came out until the meals (main course) came out. The food wasn't really all that good, and the wait staff was just okay. I would rate this as a fair visit. The ombiance and location were nice. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Our server, Travis, was polite, professional, and made our dinner delightful. The ambient atmosphere made dining there a great experience. We got the Chicken Chipotle Pasta and the Pasta Di Vinci with a slice of Salted Caramel Cheesecake to go! Everything was delicious and this Cheesecake Factory was consistent with The Cheesecake Factory brand everyone knows and loves. It is nice to have the same delightful experience at every Cheesecake Factory restaurant no matter where we go! We always visit this restaurant whenever we are at the Woodlands. The cheesecakes are the best! But so is all the food that is on the menu. Service is good and fast and all your wishes can be arranged. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went on new years evening with family. While waiting for table we figured out what to order. Thanks to their ongoing menu video screens! The starter was corn tamales; which was tasty, but little sweet for a appetiser. Since we were looking for no alcohol pasta, only option was shrimps with spegetti; it was the best pasta with homemade marinara sauce packed with unique taste. Kids enjoyed fish and chips. We also ordered fish tacos with grilled fish. It was tasty and would definitely order again. The winners was tomato basil flat bread and their complimentary breads. Definitely going back their for cheesecakes and coffee. Nice family place and highly recommended. Went again, but was a big wait due to some goof up in online booking. This time I ordered salmon grilled which was halal option with no alcohol in the dish. Also felt the service was very slow! The waitress ignored us all night. She did not even offer us the bread. After about 20 mins of wait, I asked for a manager. He had nothing to say, not even an apology. We had to ask for the bread. After our food came, the waitress never came back. I had to ask another waitress for a check out bill. Very poor service. The toilet was also dirty. Papers all over the floor. And they were not even busy@ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This was my first time here… 13 year anniversary and instead of Taste of Texas, my wife proposed TCF. It was a solid meal with a very beautiful dining room. I was in awe of the decor!!! Good was a 8 of 10 but I did order the chicken tacos so I probably should have went with a chicken dish instead. My wife went for the Chicken Bellagio and it was amazing! Our starter was the Avocado Tacos and they were spot on solid. I’ll be back but probably not until we have a special occasion, I have so many other places I enjoy that are a lot closer to me.
The food was a miss on appetizers, but hit on entrees. The bread was dry, the dumplings were very small and didn't taste very good. My daughter loved the calamari though. My chicken sandwich was very appetizing, nice portion of chicken, nice portion of bacon and vegetables on it....side salad was a decent size, saturated in dressing. My husband also enjoyed his chicken fettuccine, just wished there was more chicken. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
