I went to the cheesecake factory for brunch and it was delicious. Had a lemon ricotta pancake and eggs benedict with Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce. Ordered steak tacos, which I have quite frequently when I do eat at the Cheesecake Factory . This time around my cilantro rice was literally steamed rice with cilantro in it. It made me laugh a little, but still thought it was absolutely ridiculous to charge $25 for a meal only for the cilantro rice to be that. The experience changed everything with our server. When we first walked in, the hostess seated up in an open option of tables. We preferred something more personal to just us. Asked to sit somewhere else. She then tried to tell us to wait for our server. When I sat it was as if the table was wiped down, but everything wiped off was on the seat. We got up at that point ready to leave instead. She seated us in a whole different area. We ended up with an amazing server. She literally changed the whole experience for us. The food and price are both ok. The menu has a lot of items and most are done well. The service has been lacking the last couple of visits. Not sure I will be going back anytime soon. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Went there just for a piece of their delicious cheesecakes for takeout. The ambience in the dining room was peaceful and elegant. The restrooms were clean and the trough-sink was efficient to use. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had such a yummy meal here a few weeks ago. Tried the new Avocado Tacos and they were so yummy — 10/10 recommend getting them. It was also a super busy night, lots of people around but they got us seated within minutes. Our waiter (Kaleb) was super nice and attentive. Very pleasant experience. The food is always great here. We sat in the patio in the evening, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I felt like I was on a mini vacation. My wife and I tried new plates and didn't disappoint. Riesling Chicken and Bang Bang Chk and Shrimp. Of course we had cheese cake slice. It's been a minute since coming here. The food is much tastier now, and we got lucky and didn't have to wait for a table during a late lunch. The service is great, but there was just a long wait to get our food (table of 9). Other than that, we like coming here for th3 consistent great service and food/dessert offering. Great place for casual lunch. The Spicy Rigatoni pasta was really flavourful - loved it! The Crusted Chicken Romano was served with spaghettini in a creamy tomato sauce. The original cheesecake with strawberries and cream was smashingly delicious! Most of all the service was amazing. Clumsy me - spilled an entire drink all over the table and seat. From out of nowhere the bartender hops over and took care of everything. All cleaned and a replacement drink in hand. With a smile and a cheerful demeanour, this totally impressed me.
