The product won't sell itself, service sells the product. Multiple times I have approached various members of your service team and each experience has exceeded my expectations. I am a retail food manager. Sometimes I mystery shop a business buy no need to do that at Reston Bike Lane. I am treated like they care about me and my bike, not just seeing me as a sales opportunity. They have saved me money, given me good direction on how to address issues, and overall treating me like I'm one of the family. Please recognize Tom in service. His job description could be described as Ultegra surgeon. My indexing has shifted smoothly over 2000 miles in all weather conditions, thus motivating me to ride further, faster and stronger. Keep it up!

I went in for a bike fit for my new to 2015 Trek Madone 9.5 Bill the bike fitter was excellent in every way! His knowledge, experience and down to earth personality. Made it very easy to work with. I really enjoyed my time and walked away with more knowledge. Everybody I met or interacted with was very pleasant. I would definitely return and highly recommend Bike Lane Reston Thanks Bill

Super-friendly staff, always happy to help with questions and special orders. Outstanding selection of gear and equipment; I can always find what I'm looking for. And the amazing beer doesn't hurt! Simply the best shop in the DMV.

Stellar customer service, both for bike repair and shopping for a bike for my kid. I love riding but don't know how to maintain a bike. I really appreciated that they didn't talk down to me or upsell me with unnecessary stuff or service. Maintenance was done much sooner than I expected, and the quality is perfect. I'll be going here for all my bike-related business from now on.
