Absolutely amazing! Food was to die for! All 5 of us got an entree that everyone tried a bite of and everyone was blown away at how delicious it all was! The food is local, so the price is fair! The inside is small, so it is loud and kind of cramped during busy hours- make sure you get a reservation- they have limited seating! Hands down the best food we have tried in all of Vermont! Was very busy when we showed up, but that's an indication that it's a great place. Didn't have a reservation but they managed to fit us in. Staff was very kind and attentive. Food came quickly and was hot and delicious. The shrimp scampi was excellent, the salad and veg very fresh. I would come back here again if I'm ever in Vermont in the future. This is the best food near Jay Peak. Don't waste your money or an evening eating at the resort. Come here. It's amazing. The fish dishes or flavorful and fresh. The burger was perfect. The staff here are incredibly helpful and delightful and accommodating. We can't wait to return and try more things on the menu. Busy little restaurant in an unassuming spot with good food and a nice selection of beer. Not a great place for a medium to large party or if being able to clearly hear everyone at your table talk is important, but a nice place for an intimate dinner date. Again, this place is reliably BUSY! Lots of turn over so there's no hanging around after your meal is over. Enjoy your food and drink, and move along. The maple cream pie was a highlight!
