Generally, we found this place to be very good. My son crushed the perch fish fry. The appetizers seemed expensive at first but the portions are large. I ordered a cheeseburger that arrived without cheese...it happens. However, our waitress was MIA after our food was delivered. After about 5-7 mins, we flagged down a food runner and she brought us a slice of cold cheese to slap on our burger...obviously not the same and we were underwhelmed with the burger. It would've been nice if our server circled back with us right after our food was delivered by the runner to remedy the issue.

Service and food was outstanding. The atmosphere could use a lil more attention! Walking in the front door and see gaming machines to your left made me feel the establishment was dingy! Ordered 1 burger, 1 crispy chicken sandwich and an order of fried pickles (if you can call them that) for 65 bucks. Fried pickles were basically pickles with soggy breading falling off and barely any to begin with. "Make it gourmet" is a joke - almost 20 bucks and you only get 2 toppings and cheese and cannot add more. Chicken was overcooked and buns are way too small for the size of the chicken or beef patty that they are for. Flavor was nothing special, especially when factoring they are supposed to be gourmet. I came here with a couple friends. We did outdoor dining. Service was fine but food was kind of just ordinary. I got the loaded potato skins and parmesan burger. Potato skins tasted great, I love cheesiness. The burger I was disappointed because people were raving about it in the reviews. The burger was cooked medium rare but wasn’t juicy and I didn’t really taste much of the parmesan. Prices were slightly high for the lack of quality in the burger. Great independently owned restaurant in a sea of corporate chains. Ordered the Cobb Salad. The chicken was real, and everything down to the avocado was fresh. Was talked into ordering their house made cheesecake to go. Didn't last 15 minutes after I returned to my hotel. Hint: take it with the sauce on the side. Grest for dipping the cheesecake bits in.
