DO NOT RECOMMEND!! My family and I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience like this before. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all when we got there we still waited for more than 5 minutes to be seated because there’s no host to greet you upon arrival. After FINALLY being seated it took a staff member about 10 minutes to get us some menus. My family and I were worried that if we ordered any appetizers it was going to take too long so we decided to just order our drinks and meals. The waitress came took our order and left. She looked like she was out of it to the point where it seemed like she was starting to fall asleep standing while taking our order. 15 minutes later she came back asking us to repeat what our meals were because she had gotten them wrong so we did. About 10 minutes go by and she comes once again asking us what drinks we had ordered because she had forgotten. I’m sorry but what’s the point of me telling you my order is you’re not going to write it down and get it right???! Anyways I repeated to her what we wanted for our drinks which she only came back with 2 out of the 4 drinks I had told her and she still wasn’t sure what the other two drinks were. She finally gets the two other drinks right and tells us that our food should be ready soon which wasn’t the case smh. We still waited another 30 minutes for our food to come out as if I haven’t wasted enough time already. Not only was the taste of the food disappointing but the chicken in one of the meals wasn’t fully cooked. I that point we were all so aggravated that I just asked for the check paid, left and still gave a 15% tip which I wasn’t too happy about because the service we received was horrible. We ordered online and arrived early and decided to have a drink. The web page says literally "Happy hours are all day every day, with $2 beers, $4 cocktails, and $6 wine." They even had a huge sign saying welcome to happy hour. Despite the web page and the sign at the bar the bartender said no happy hour. Only Mon-Fri. So take down the sign and fix the web page. We had to pay full price. The food was only OK. Portions were good and we enjoyed the ribs Usually the fries are well seasoned These had no seasoning at all; just plain fries straight from the frier. We come there often and are rewards members. Which reminds me When I asked the bartender to add our points, he forgot, dspite assuring me they were added. Luckily I had the receipt to add the points later that night Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
