I was awake late and decided to stop by this taco spot around 1245am. To my surprise, the place was decently busy ( about 8 people total not counting myself) and there was only one employee running the entire restaurant. That’s the register, attending to customers cooking and packaging the orders, etc etc. the wait was a tad long which is understandable considering the one employee . I’d like to say that this man deserves a raise.he was polite, courteous, and helpful despite running the entire operation on his own.
