This used to be the best place to get food and they used to never get orders wrong, atleast very very rarely. I completely give up eating here because they NEVER get my order correct no matter what I try to order. I always get a completely made up item that's not even on the menu! The food and atmosphere are good. The 5 layered burrito is awesome The new grilled cheese taco is amazing I love it when the cheese is perfectly melted into the taco 😋 Not a good place to work. The main manager shows a lot of favoritism towards certain people. When a fellow co-worker harasses you don't expect managers to help you. They go on the side of the person who did wrong. Ordered a 12pk of taco supreme, Mexican pizza, and a few,other items. The pizza tasted like it had a,bad chemical it it so I threw it out. The tacos, wow the were dry and nit seasoned at all, they were so bad my husband thought that I had made them and that my friends is not good! Idk where to begin. One of the worst experiences that we've had as a family, at any restaurant. This wasn't recent tho. Long story, short; The temperature was freezing inside. Even a customer who worked as a nurse in the hospital said it was way too cold there. There were multiple people complaining about the temp. Our food took forever and when we got it, 4 different parts of our order were wrong. The rest didn't look very appetizing. So we had to wait for some to be corrected. By the time they finally corrected all of the issues, everyone had eaten besides me. All the while, a manager was playing video games in the lobby, on his laptop. I was ready to go and wanted a refund for the food that I didn't eat or never got. The video game playing manager refunded the money but refused to give us a receipt for the transaction. The manager claimed that they don't give those out, when there are refunds. My husband didn't settle for that and wanted a receipt. After him and the manager went back and forth, the manager told my husband that he'd fight him outside! Then another employee jumped in on the argument.
