I quite enjoy Taco Bell even more when my order is consistently correct and tasty. I feel like this location doesn't skimp on certain 6 I appreciate, and I can't think of a single order I've gotten that has been incorrect. The only qualm I have with this location is the narrow drive thru, but this seems to be a staple of most taco bell restaurants. Almost every time we go to the Buellton Taco Bell, we get shorted on our order. Tonight was no exception. We ordered 2 Cravings boxes, cheesy roll, 3 tacos and 2 cherry crispy things. Got home and found out we were shorted cheesy roll and 4 church crispy things (2 came with the Cravings boxes). We asked if everything was there and the employee said yes. I tried to call to talk to the manager and had to leave a message. Horrible service! Food tasted good but disappointed in the results. The kiosk for "contactless" ordering is well designed, and allows easy customization of the food. $0.10 for going green sauce instead of red on the basic bean burrito seems odd!
