Op de momenten dat we er waren, hadden we genoten van de gerechten, die we daar bestelden. Af en toe ging een bestelling mis en kan het gebeuren, dat er een lange wachttijd ontstaat. Voor het afhalen is telefonisch bestellen aan te raden, want voor een Oku menu (45 st.) hadden we laatst een wachttijd van 58 minuten. Om half 4 gebeld en ik kon het pas half 6 ophalen. Toen via de app besteld en die gaf aan dat het kwart over 4 afgehaald kon worden. Krijg ik kwart over 4 te horen dat het toch pas half 6 is terwijl in de bevestigingsmail staat kwart over. Zeggen ze in de eerste instantie ook dat ik de annulering dan maar via de app moet regelen.
