I feel bad for some of the employees there, it’s clear they didn’t know what they are doing and that’s just a poor reflection of management. Along with that speaking rudely, and aggressive to their employees in front of a line of customers makes everyone in the store uncomfortable. I have someone in tears trying to make my sandwich, while I just watch the chaos. Managers need to commit to training and be more professional! Why can't I see the price, one of the big problems I have is how you treat pricing issues. You used to be very upfront with prices, now its a mystery, so I just don't go.

Always out of major ingredients! 9/10 times they only have flatbread for the bread option. When they have the right ingredients, the food is fantastic.
