I took my mom there two days ago so she could get her favorite, the cold cut combo sandwich. My experience was made to be a wonderfully positive one, all due to the young man behind the counter who was also the sandwich artist who put my mom's sandwich together. Eric is a young man around 20, but his demeanor and customer service by far exceed that of his cohorts. At the time that our youth cannot even pried away from their mobile devices and Tic Toc, Eric was handling the store all by himself ( Hey Subway, this kid is upper management material, allow him to grow). The place was clean, and Eric was friendly and welcoming. He followed my mother's extra demanding and detailed order to take out the inside of the bread before making the sandwhich and cutting it into 4 pieces, and so on. Eric followed my mom's requests with a pleasant and kind attitude. Basically, Eric turned an ordinary visit to the local Subway into an extraordinary experience at the local Subway. Thank you for being kind and patient with my mother, Eric. I wish you the best, young man.!

I was served by the man who looked very up set at the shop today which was okayed with me but he was not wearing the mask, he was wearing disposable gloves while he is preparing sandwich, open the
cash register and counting the money. He never dispose uesd gloves for three
coustmers including me. I could not believe my eye what I saw this evening at the shop. I paid $7.26 for my sandwich but I couldn't eat it but I put in my garbage can. I went to buy my sandwiches couple of times but when I saw this unhealthy way to prepare the foods, I would not go back again. He should go back his sanitation class. I was there 6/16/2022 7:36:53 pm

I'm giving the subway a three-star because they have a door that at one point was bathroom access but closed it down for covid and still has not opened it. I'm not sure that it is legal to not have a public restroom and a place for eating. We need to use restrooms and wash our hands before we eat!

Got both sandwiches completely wrong.
Paid for avocado- none was on.
Added cucumber and tomatoes when it was not specified to. (Mother is allergic to tomatoes)
Did not add any extra sauces. The one sauce that was given, was only on half the sandwich.
No cheese, when specified to.
Not toasted, when specified to.
No seasonings, when specified to.
No olives, onion and cilantro, when specified to.
Overall- completely messed up my order.
I suggest not ordering pickup, as they won’t listen to a single thing you pay for. Rather go into the store and make sure they do it correctly in front of you.
I am not a picky person, and don’t like making messes. But how wrong they got both sandwiches, especially when they added something I didn’t request due to allergy, was not something I could deal with.
