Literally the best pizza I've had. I'm a huge fan of NY style and this nails it. We all love Sbarro, but this is what Sbarro wishes they could be. Crisp under side, amazing cheese choices, good portions of everything. I will say that one time out of my 6 visits I had a pizza that was a bit undercooked on half of the bottom and the sauce was a little heavy on one end and light on the other, happened on a Saturday night. But even considering that 1/6 pizza that wasn't absolutely perfect it was still a much better option than any chain. Also the prices are great! I saw a few comments about individual slices, just get a whole pie! Less than $20 for a 18 inch NY style cheese. I'll be back soon! I even got 2 long sleeve matching shirts with my fiancee. Also have to add on that the sides are absolutely amazing too. Specifically the spaghetti and the cheesy garlic bread. I hope you guys see my review as I was a GM myself for a few years in the pizza business but not at a place as prestigious as this. I see you guys, the owners, in there working along the employees and it adds to the atmosphere. It's nice to see business owners taking pride in their business instead of vacationing every month. Sad to say that stubborn brother's pizza is really just a hit or miss pizza joint at this point. Food is never consistent. When it's good, it's good. Unfortunately, you don't get that all the time, which is why yesterday was probably the last time I will purchase pizza from this place. The drive and time isn't worth it if you don't know what you're going to get quality wise. Yesterday, I purchased a NY style cheese pizza and a Sicilian style spicy pepperoni pizza. The cheese on the NY style cheese pizza was extremely overcooked and really not edible. The last time I got a NY style cheese pizza from Stubborn Brothers, the taste was reminiscent of a NY slice I had recently from Johns of Bleeker Street in NYC. The Sicilian pepperoni pizza was OK but the quality was not there like it was the last time I got it. I always get the same order when I come here and this is not the first time I've had a quality consistency issue. Service Take out Food: 1

one of the weirder dining experiences i’ve had. sat at the bar. took a while to get service. ordered a pie to go and some slices to try while i waited for the whole pie. the whole pizza came out first which was weird. i opened the box and it looked like two separate pizzas put together. i asked the server and she ensured me it was one pie. pic is attached and the slices don’t line up like the other 10000 pizzas i’ve had in my life. either the person stretching the dough is new or a mistake was made. the slices that did come were ok, nothing special.
