Very slow service here. Drinks are made well, but tried everything from going early to ordering ahead (today it took 21 minutes as I watched orders come in and leave before me). I always have to sit and wait for my order for far longer than any other Starbucks. Hopefully the renovations for Sample and University is finished soon, this store is painful. This is one of the busier locations but I believe it's because it doesn't have the drive thru. But this location is a great place to get some work done or have nice place to meet and talk outside. The service at this location is always fast and helpful. I don't know what I'm ordering half of the time as my kids change their mind last minute but the staff is always helpful and kind.
