This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever seen. The drive thru is horrible, but even if you go inside they are slow. If you order online; they are slow. They also have those ridiculous poles in the drive thru, so even if you wanted to pull out and leave you can’t. Being literally stuck in a line for 30 minutes for a mediocre coffee is ridiculous. Come here all the time and mostly use the drive through. Love their spinach wraps, cheese danish, and hot coffees. Only thing bad I can say about this Starbucks is the wait time. Sometimes going through their drive through will take you about 30 mins before you can even get to order something. Not for sure how long it may take if you go inside to order or if you order online. I must update my review from 2 weeks ago. Terrible service, dirty bathrooms. The guy who was taking our order had an earbud in his ear and couldn't understand my husband's order. He lied to me about not having any cold brews. I will never go back here again. Staff is very friendly and working hard to please their customers. Bathrooms were clean and the seating area was clean. Was very disappointed passing through this Starbucks this morning. My mom and had been driving for hours and she was dying for her morning fix. We decided to stop by and get her a venti caramel macchiato ( a classic ) and to use the bathroom , I will say that she did inform me it was nice and clean inside. when my mom came back into the car I decided I wanted a hot white chocolate ofc monkey see monkey do. We go in the drive thru bc now I’m too lazy when my mom tells me her drink taste bland ( doesn’t sound right for a Starbucks ) so I try it and to my surprise it was. She told me not to return it as we don’t do send backs when it pertains to drinks or food ( just never know ) but I knew she needed her fix so when ordering my drink I told her I’d ask them for a new one. I let the person on the intercom know she had to ask her manager , manager approved. Upon coming to the window woman didn’t have a nice attitude ( maybe morning rush didn’t let it bother me ) I tried giving her the venti back since they were replacing it her response was “ no I can’t take that “ I said oh okay I’m sorry I just didn’t want you to think we were trying anything she tells her manager we can’t take those right he saids yea take it and she takes it but it’s the way she did it and tone that matters. ( customer service response should’ve been no it’s okay no worries … ) simple right ? Anyhow I get my drink and my moms drink and my moms drink is more watered down and my hot chocolate taste like water lol … not sure if it was on purpose or everything there just is watered down. Anyhow didn’t like the food or the service. Inside was super clean tho :) I still will be going to Starbucks just not this one very disappointed to the point I had to write a review. I had the weirdest interaction with one of the staff members today. When I began my visit at the store, I had a question about Starbucks gift cards, but did not purchase one. I did go ahead and give my order, but my barista loaded a gift card with my order total but did not place my coffee order. This issue could not be resolved because they do not refund gift cards, and I was not permitted to use my unwanted gift card for my order. Overall, I am just very confused about why this happened. They all had a genuine, wholesome, and overall infectious energy that is just unmatched by any other location that I’ve ever been to. It was a pleasure to see them be themselves , and bring smiles to me and my husband, even when we weren’t directly interacting with them. Excellent communication to customers as well! I normally don't give 5 stars in anything because nothing is perfect. But I wanted to leave a good review this morning cause I appreciate the service that the crew is giving. I know what it's like to work retail/with the public, so interacting with them to get through the shift and ease minds of those waiting for their order is such a blast. By far the dirtiest starbucks I have ever seen or been to. Would not recommend. They were out of nitro coldbrew. On the app it said no Frappuccinos but they were making them when i went in. All trashcans were overflowing and the stations were filthy. Flys everywhere containers spilled all over the counter. Just utterly disgusting. Bathrooms were horrible. Do better! We stopped in on our way to Florida. First stop of the morning and having clean bathrooms is always a plus! We had our coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and a cheese Danish. Everything was yummy.
