Baristas were polite, very welcoming, very professional, very friendly and the order was perfect. Coffee and espresso wasn’t burnt, the milk was creamy and delicious. I highly recommend this Starbucks chain over the ones in Madison and Vanderbilt. The coffee and espresso was ALWAYS burnt and nasty. I tried the Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso drink and it’s delicious. I’m not a big oatmilk gir, but this oatmilk is pretty good. Ordered hot chocolate this morning. It said hot chocolate on the cup, but was definitely not hot chocolate. So gross. I gagged three times, almost threw up, couldn't finish it.
