Non attentive employees. You can be standing at register, but if you fail to recognize that only one is turned on, they will ignore you and help someone else that just walked up. You ask for coffee, no question if you want cream, you have to ask. Oh, you want sugar? Ask. Oh, you want something to stir all that? Ask. Because you know all those things a re statistical outliers when ordering coffee! Lastly. Tables are too low. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had such a rude experience with a barista at this location today. I am a regular (daily) costumer at Starbucks, have a very simple order and always tip. I was with my young daughter today and we asked a quick question about when the Halloween Starbucks tumblers come out (which are featured on Starbucks websites) and we were met with a very unkind, rude, impatient response. Pretty much scolded for asking a dumb question during a busy time for them. I was almost stunned by our treatment here today as was my 9 year old daughter. I get you’re busy (so are the rest of us). Please be kind to your customers. It’s just basic customer service as well as common human decency. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I came in for a cup of coffee and stood in line. There were probably eight people in line and one person at the checkout. Once I finally got up to be about third in line, the guy who was taking orders, saw someone at the end of the line with a Williams Univ. sweatshirt on, and started a conversation ~yelling over all the rest of us. Once I finally, finally got up to the counter, the young man who had gone to school at Williams University, and had had an entire conversation about buildings on campus, and what not with a guy at the end of the line, told me he didn't have any coffee. The machine was broken. He could give me an Americano… I said that would be fine. So then he charged me for an americano-- when all I wanted was a coffee. I asked him about it and he said~sorry, that's how it is. I then waited 0ver 15 minutes for my fancy, expensive Americano. Never will I go there again.
