Mobile order of one basic Carmel Mach at 11:13. Arrived at 11:20. Cafe customer arrives at 11:25, orders. Receives both food and drink before more. Alex behind the counter doesn’t care, says “it’s how we process orders”. So obviously not first come first serve then? Defeating the purpose of a mobile order all together? Horrible Service: 1
