For some reason the employees at this Starbucks are trained differently or not trained properly. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew (pretty common drink) and they gave me a cold brew with cold foam and told me it was the same thing. Even after showing pictures of what the drink should look like on the app, she continued to argue with me. Finally they remade it, but basically made the same thing again?! At the end of the day, the coffee was fine, but I paid $6+ for something I didn’t order. Price per person $1–10 Service: 1
