The ladies there are racist and not friendly or welcoming they stated they do drinks in order in fact they served three people before me my drink did not require a blender a simple refresher takes less time shame on you Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Best Starbucks in the area. I don't go there to see the batistas, I go there and engage with friends. The whole staff knows me. My drinks are always on point and the service is the quickest in town. I can't find really anything negative to say, they are just that good.

I don't drink their beverages , but my wife loves it. I think is just plain water with coffee flavor, not the real thing. They are very slow in service. It is like they are always short in Employees.

I love coming to the BX and getting coffee ! I always get Iced Coffee with No classic add white mocha and sweet cream. They are the friendliest staff and always make me feel warm and welcome. Love this place 💕 highly recommended on their service alone !

I dont usually go to Starbucks and I don't drink coffee; but I was staying in lodging nearby and needed something different to drink. I just got a hot choclate and I have to say the two ladies working had to be the friendliest staff ever! If you need to be in a good mood, go here in the morning. Wish I could give five stars because I love awesome customer service, but my hot chocolate didn't taste like it had much chocolate. I'm sure this is an easy fix and would definitely go back. New Starbucks in Biloxi near Edgewater Mall. Fantastic manager,. She has me going back! I have recommended this place to many of my friends. We love it. Getting real mugs and plates when we done in makes it a bit more special!

Awesome staff, drinks always delicious and correct. However, even though it says items are display only, it doesn't mean it should be growing mold and attracting flies. Replace with plastic displays or make new ones. I wouldn't want to order something that allows moldy food even as displays. Displays should be attractive to customers. What else could be allowed to grow back there?
