It's an average Starbucks.... Staff was very friendly and helpful as I was purchasing some merchandise on a gift card. The lights were down kind of low but it was evening so maybe they were adding ambience. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I came in on Sunday after having a terrible morning. Lani was my barista and she completely turned my day around! My drink was perfect, and she was so happy and bubbly, I couldn't leave without a smile 😊 she's one of the best baristas I've ever encountered at this location, y'all please give this girl a raise! Every day the order is placed online thirty minutes prior. When arriving at the store the drinks or the danish are never ready. I have been cool about it but today waiting for the order made us late for work. Walked in and ask what was going on with the danish order and said the name. The young lady behind the counter completely ignored me when asked again she still ignored me once asked a third time with a louder tone then she asked who was it for? I then answered and she turned to ask the other lady at the window who responded " I went to take it out and left it there. The lady who asked continued doing what she was doing then went to look and there was nothing there. She then proceeded to ask another lady that was in the back room and she followed her to get it. at that point I left to drop the other person with me to work. I them came back to get the Danish and the same young lady was standing on the other side of the counter who i try to call her attention by saying " excuse me " three times until she finally looked at me and I asked her who was the manager. She then responded the one standing there helping the customer. I asked her what was her name? She responded well she us not a manager. she is a supervisor and her names is Leslie or something like that. The worst Starbucks experience ever. Not only there is attitude and disrespect but you don't receive what you pay for in the drinks. Service Take out Service: 1

Lights make this place super cozy and warm on a rainy, cold autumn afternoon, really is the vibe. The drinks are really good. I had a peppermint Hot Chocolate that definitely hit the spot.
