They don’t listen to peoples orders. My fiancé and I ordered two drinks, and he ordered a Carmel ribbion crunch, and they just made him a regular Carmel frappe, and I asked for a pink drink with no strawberries, and ofc they put strawberries in it. Very rude customer service when you correct them. Service: 1

It used to be somewhere I would run in and out for my coffee, not I have to spend 20 minutes to wait on a coffee 😒... this has been happening since the pandemic. You would think that they would have been been staff after the pandemic. Nothing has changed. Drive-through is no better. Friendly and very quick service! —— Edit: seems there’s a change in staff as they are incredibly rude and weirdly aggressive. If you state anything is off about your drink they act like they are ready to fight you. $39 bill and the worst customer service. Enter at your own risk- Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
