Good service Update... 12/30/2023 They have gone very down hill. The people worker there are very rude, far from friendly and never make drinks as ordered. The last 3 times they have made my orders wrong. First couple times I thought maybe they're just having a rough day. But it continues. When you pay extra and spend $15 a visit and can't get it right I will go elsewhere. Disappointing but many other Starbucks to pick from. Stopped by at 5:50 a.m. on Christmas Eve morning, Sunday. Lights were on but no one acknowledged us or offered assistance so drove to the pickup window. Signage on the window clearly stated hours began at 5:00 A.M. on Christmas eve. Pointed that out to woman employee...she SPIT OUT "CLOSED" AND SHRUGGED. I can read and tell time, thanks for your non-existent customer service, young lady. See from other reviews, this is a too often occurrence for this specific location. Shame on you and your deplorable "CUSTOMER SERVICE"! Service: 1
