I have been to many Starbucks surrounding Monticello and beyond, but I will go out of my way to go to the Starbucks in Rogers because the service there is always fast, friendly, and the drinks are full of flavor! I have had issues with other locations of Starbucks whether that is long waiting times (even when it is not busy), order mess-ups, or my drink not tasting right, but nothing like this has ever happened at the Rogers location. The employees are also amiable, whether that is from them starting a conversation with you or complimenting you. I also find that my order, a strawberry acai refresher with lemonade, always tastes significantly better and has more flavor at this location. If you are ever driving through Rogers, or don’t mind driving there, and are craving a Starbucks drink, you should stop at the Starbucks over by Chipotle and Noodles and Company.

We all know their parking lot is a nightmare, which is not their fault or problem. However, today there was a little girl in the drive-thru who thought I wasn't paying attention and tried to fly in front of me in line, almost hitting my car. I continued in line, in my spot, as this little girl rolled down her window to yell to her friend (Trin? is what I heard this girl yell, I'm not sure if that's short for something) who is an employee, who came outside. The girl in the drive thru yelled to the employee that I was trying to cut her off. I was shocked that an employee was coming out to "help" her friend who just almost hit my car.
I somehow found myself explaining to two teenagers that I was in line far longer than this little girl, and I wasn't going to let her go in front of me just because she's friends with an employee. The employee told ME not to hit her friend's car. Her friend who kept inching forward from the side. I got up to the window (to get my mobile order I placed 15 minutes prior when I first got in line), and there's Trin, who's immediately talking to me about who said what outside. I asked to talk to a manager and this employee responded with "for what?". I asked several more times to talk to a manger, as I could see several other girls standing behind her, watching. I told Trin that I wanted to talk to a manager about her lack of professionalism, she started to argue with me until one of the girls who was standing behind her the whole time, took two steps forward and just stood there. I asked her if she was a manager and she just shook her head yes. She had been watching the whole interaction with no intervention.
Her name tag read Caitlynn. Trin never moved as I began to explain to Caitlynn that it was unprofessional for Trin to come outside to her friends side, and intervene in a situation she wasn't involved in nor responsible for as a barista. Caitlynn didn't say a word; Trin continued to argue saying this other girl wasn't her friend, she was someone she went to high school with. When I asked Trin if her name was Trin, she quickly covered up and then removed her name tag, and told me she wasn't going to tell me her name. Then, Caitlynn turned around and had removed her name tag as well. I asked Caitlynn why she removed her name tag, as a manager; she then pretended to search her person for her name tag like she didn't realize she had just taken it off.
Once both realized I started to record them (I know I know, but since the manager was acting like a child, I had no choice) then Trin changed her tune and told me that she talked to her friend after I continued to the window, and her friend admitted that I was in line first. All of that, for Trin to now admit her friend was in the wrong.
I told Caitlynn that as a manager, she should have stopped Trin immediately from trying to argue, and handled the situation like a professional, like a manager. Her response was "I don't know both sides of the story, but I see where both of you are coming from"; rather than apologizing to the customer and advising she'd deal with it, and send me on my way. I told Caitlynn that it's not Trin's job to go into the parking lot and asked her if the situation involved two angry men, if Trin would've done the same thing. Caitlynn said "oh yeah you're right". 🙄 Are there any adults that work in that store? Or anyone with appropriate work ethic, responsibility or professionalism?

I always stop at Starbucks before I head to work in the am. My FAVORITE part of every day is when they add fun little drawings, or misspell my name on purpose. It makes me laugh and keeps me coming back :) love the window employees so much!

If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. They were extremely rude and hostile. I went with my kids and we all had found clumps of hair in our drinks. Later we all had diarrhea.
I ordered a drink with dragon fruit, they didn’t put any Barrie’s in it. I asked him to remake the drink cause it tasted pretty bad and they didn’t. Arizona had a horrible attitude when I asked her to add more Barries at least to my drink cause I usually get this drink at different stores perfect but there’s always a problem with my drinks in
this store.
