All of the negative reviews are true. I'm also not one to post negative reviews. But, this location has regular staffing issues and it's been this way for years. I put in a mobile order one time and it wasn't ready for over 2 hours! It's the worst parking lot in town. The police sit out front and pull over anyone making a wrong turn out of the parking lot. It's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I wish they would do something to improve the situation.

On a downhill pace. When I say no ice it's because I don't want to be drinking water in an hour. You can still use chilled coffee like Dunkin does. And you can still fill the cup. Caters to high school influencers who are good at influencing me not to go there. Also, maybe I'm old enough to decide if I can tolerate the amount of caffeine in a venti cold press.

The inside of this Starbucks needs some alterations. Maybe they could just move across the street where the Asian restaurant recently closed, where there is more space and much better parking accommodations.

Always too long a wait and then today my husbands six shot latte was not made correctly. Sorry for $11.18 it should be an awesome coffee. Ordered at 757 and 758 and finally got both at 814 and we ordered just one coffee each. Three times while making mine they stopped including looking through the mobile orders for someone else’s while my sat 3/4 made and didn’t finish it. When I visit here this is the Starbucks I use however never really happy with it

I really don’t like giving bad reviews, but I do this in hopes of this Starbucks location making significant improvements from this constructive feedback.
We regularly frequent this Starbucks, not because it’s the best option in town (it’s definitely not), but because my kids love the croissants. Almost EVERY time I place an online order, the staff is so backed up and slow that I’m standing there waiting for up to 15 minutes for a basic croissant and sometimes an iced coffee - nothing that requires a lot of time.
This location is always understaffed, but those that are working there are typically unfriendly, and sometimes rude. They are very slow, usually disorganized and just chatting amongst themselves while lives of customers are waiting for their items. Most of the time the cashier is also doubling as the food orders person and this always puts them way behind.
They are typically out of items, opened boxes are in the customer area, and not taken care of, and the eat-in area is always messy, and doesn’t look cleaned.
The parking is a whole issue on its own. There’s around 10 spaces in a very tight lot and off a busy street. There’s almost always a line of cars on Thoreau street just waiting to get into the lot. It’s a mess.
The manager really needs to get this place in order. I’ve been to so many Starbucks, and this is by far the very worst.
