While waiting for our beverages, I took a bite of my sandwich. It burned my throat to the point I needed water immediately. The barista told me I had to order through the register which I did. I asked if she could quickly get me some water as I had just burned my throat. She told me she was busy with 20 drinks ahead of me. I had to drink water from the bathroom sink.
